Only there for an oil change and tire rotation as I was in town visiting. Was in and out fairly quickly for not having an appointment. Everyone was pleasant and professional. Gave me a military discount as I was wearing a retired US Army patch on my hat and I did 20 years.

Terence was GREAT! I was greeted so warmly. He was very informative during my service. He was friendly and accommodating. My wait time was shorter than I expected. I will definitely return. My service was way less expensive than what I am accustomed to at the Lexus dealership. The waiting area is huge and has several work stations if you need to plug in. I highly recommend this dealership!
