Great professional service and help from Ben Sikes service writer for Lowe Toyota, to include the mechanics. Brought my 2025 Tacoma Sport in due to it not starting until jumping off the battery-They took the truck in, servicing & diagnosing it & found no further problems & was out under an hour. Have never had an issue with the work being performed on my trucks at Lowe’s Toyota and will continue to have them serviced there.

What can I say thanks for the quick service. I always ask for Terrence when I get my Highlander serviced at Toyota. Thank you once again Terrence.

Brought my vehicle in with a broken drivers mirror. Sat two hours at the first appt to find out they needed to order the entire assembly. Came back the next day to get it installed. Felt relieved they weren’t just doing the minimum. Greatful for the stop, investigative service by the technicians, and caring service agent, Logan.

The guys in the Service Department are great. However, a part had to be ordered and has not arrived at this time. My Service Adviser, Mr. Terrance Key will call me when the part arrives and the repair is completed.

The whole process was smooth and uneventful. Very fair cost and quick resolution to my vehicle problem.

Great experience

Needed l work performed quickly and for a reasonable price. This was my third or fourth visit with Gina the costomer service rep. Great job, as always. Addendum after anoter visit: Ditto, six months later. May 2926: same again.
